Lahaina Grill (@lahainagrill) is all grown up, turning 20 this year. To celebrate they are giving us half price entrees for Kama’aina, a perk that I am going to try to enjoy several times over the rest of the year. That is right, they are offering this amazing deal to us for the rest of the year on the 20th of every month. I thought that was very clever of Chef and Owner Jurg Munch.

Spago’s is offering a new take on their fine dining experience, providing a few less expensive offers for local patrons. A child’s entree is $9, or $15 for a three course meal. Wine Spectator recently published their Top 100 List, the magazine’s “annual roundup of the year’s most exciting wines.” Following this, Front Street’s I’o restaurant is picking an adventurous “around the world” line-up from this illustrious list, to be featured at their December Wine Club tasting. Seems like a match made in heaven. Any one up for a wine dinner coming up on October 13, 7:00 pm? Langtry Winery is a California Napa Valley winery known for its Petite Sirah. You can read about them on their website. Ruth Chris has melt in your mouth cuts of beef and creme de la creme seafood. I am also quite partial to their creamed spinach.
