What I Am Eating: Tapas & Craft Drinks at Bistro Casanova
Tapas. It’s a word that begs to roll of your tongue and boomerang back morsels of deliciousness.
The tapas menu changes weekly at Bistro Casanova, with service beginning at 3pm. Last week, my mom and I indulged in bacon wrapped scallops with a vinaigrette reduction. Ah, Taste of Maui “research.”
Also, beginning at 4pm, Bistro Casanova’s craft drinks are just $5. Served in, well, glass crafts with tall straws, their as much fun to drink as they look. Mom (pictured) opted for a margarita, and since the whole mojito craze has finally cooled down, I figured I could coolly return to one of my favorite beverages.
Ooh! And their warm bread baskets with herb butter ($3, or complimentary with purchase) are a must!
