Made the journey out West, this Wednesday, to get the scoops on Hard Rock’s upcoming 20th Anniversary (celebrating with The Ataris on Saturday, September 25), Maui Marathon happenings (Friday through Sunday, September 17-19), upcoming Pinktober benefit for breast cancer research, and The Dead Kennedys (!) (Friday, October 22)…

My marketing contact, Jill Holley, too-kindly hooked up a plate of ono fish tacos, with all usual the fixin’s and a side of avo. Good as the food was, my taste buds were best pleased by the raspberry lemonade, with frozen raspberries blended in (a great suggestion from waitress Sam).

Gotta love a bar with a car.
