Time to Taste: Charles Smith Wines at Three’s Bar and Grill

I want to eat what these guys are making. Here is the thing, if dining has gotten boring, take it to Three’s. Its a new casual elegant, and they are dedicated to thinking out of the box. I am consistently and genuinely surprised. Keep an eye and an ear out for their upcoming dinners, where they will be combining unusual tastings with fantastic cocktails or wines.

Wine Tasting: Charles Smith Wines then Tantra Night

Charles Smith wines really seem to go hand in hand with the Three’s Bar and Grill concept, both are modern, playful and tasty interpretations of food and drink. My first voyeurism views of these wines on the Charles Smith Wines website sets me straight with this quote from the winemaker himself, “It’s just booze – drink it!” Oh but Charles, its so much more isn’t it? Wines presented will be the Chateau Smith Cab, The Velvet Devil Merlot, Kung Fu Girl Reisling, Boom Boom Syrah, and Charles & Charles Rose. Three’s is picking Five Tastes of Summer to heighten your senses and palates, oysters, proscuitto, blue cheese, kalbi, blackberry are some highlights to ponder. Later in the evening it will be their first Tantra night at 9 on the same night, excite your taste buds with 6 different aphrodisiac based hors d’oeuvres, sexy drink specials and love shack giveaways. Get in on the action this coming Friday, September 10th where they will be pairing Charles Smith Wines and 5 tastes of summer, very clever. Just reading the wine descriptions got me interested. $35 only.
