Ivan Pak rocks the tempura short rib laulau #buybackthebeach

Everyone at my table couldn’t get enough of Chef Pak’s short rib. A chick of tender boneless rib tempura fried and nestled in a poi truffle sauce.The Sansei station was popular. Maui Film festivals Barry Rivers was there, Tony Takitani, Lance Holter, and Jonathan Starr were all tasting here. Also Neil Abercrombie, running for Governor of our proud state was a fan of the rib.
