I adore the sandwiches at Ba-Le. French vietnamese cuisine served fast and cheap. Its exotic, full of veggies, and fresh herbs, and chic. I love ham and pate on croissant. The sandwich has daikon, carrots, and cilantro. Today i asked for the add on of cucumber. Its crisp and full of a melding of flavor. Its a divine lunch.

Haven't been to Bale in a looong time! We always used to pick up at work. sometimes the bread is a little too crispy, but still good. love all the veggies!
