‘Aipono Award-winning restaurant Gannon’s, A Pacific View Restaurant will be hosting an ‘Aipono Wine Dinner on August 20, 2011 at 7:00pm.
The ‘Aipono Wine Dinner Series is an ongoing benefit for the Maui Culinary Academy. Maui No Ka ‘Oi Magazine partners with Chambers & Chambers to bring the industry’s top winemakers to six ‘Aipono Award-winning restaurants. Partial proceeds from the event go directly to the Maui Culinary Academy for general funding and student scholarships.
The 5-course dinner will feature wine pairings from Torbreck Vintners of the Barossa Valley, Australia–one of Australia’s oldest wine regions.
